How Charge Secured LLC collects, uses, and protects information. Last updated August 30, 2026.
What We Collect
Business contact details submitted through forms, merchant account and card transaction metadata to provide services, and standard technical data. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
How We Use It
- To respond to inquiries and support requests
- To provide card payment protection, dispute representment, and reporting services
- To configure and administer pass-through programs where permitted
- To meet legal, regulatory, card-network, and audit obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
Sharing
We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with your acquiring bank and payment processor, with card networks for dispute responses, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Records are retained for the period required by card-network rules and applicable law, then deleted or de-identified.
